Is there some really working implementations of the expertise location systems exist? It is very hard to find anything about it. What sources to use, what to read, where to look? I've started with reading David W. McDonald's, Mark S. Ackerman's overview "Just talk to me" and now need just something more detailed.

For those, who voting this question to be closed for off-topic: it is connected to IT sphere, if you don't know what it is - why ever vote?
